At Perch & Peace, every item is printed fresh when you order it. No dusty warehouse shelves, no overproduction — just made-to-order apparel shipped from the USA.

We want you to feel good about your order. If something isn’t right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right. No drama, no runaround.


Our 30-Day Guarantee

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or affected by a production issue, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@perchandpeace.com.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • a clear photo of the item and the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we’ll arrange a free replacement or, when appropriate, a refund.


Fit, sizing, and satisfaction

Because every item is made to order, we encourage you to review the size guide carefully before purchasing.

If the fit or feel isn’t what you expected, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’re a small family business, and we’ll do our best to find a fair solution.

Returned items, when accepted, should be unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition.


Made-to-order items

Each Perch & Peace product is printed after your order is placed. This helps reduce waste and avoid overproduction.

Because of this, we do not automatically accept returns for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size selection — but we always encourage you to contact us if something doesn’t feel right.


Lost or missing packages

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@perchandpeace.com. We’ll investigate and, when appropriate, help arrange a replacement.


Refunds, if applicable

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
